These photographs in and around Melbourne are undated but were published as a collection in about 1910.

Although originals of these 40 rare photographs are very difficult to find, you can now get them on a cd-rom prepared from original early 20th century items held in a private collection of antiquarian images and views.

This cd-rom isn't mass produced but is compiled individually and personally for each purchaser so few copies exist.  You can get one of them here.
