Although originals of these 55 rare photographs of Cuba are very difficult to find, you can now get them on a cd-rom prepared from original late 19th century/early 20th century items held in a private collection.
This cd-rom isn't mass produced but is compiled individually and personally for each purchaser so few copies exist. You can get one of them here.
These 55 photographs throughout Cuba, dating from the late 1890s and early 1900s, were taken during or shortly after the Cuban War of Independence between 1895 and 1898. They were published within a very few years of the close of the War, around 1900/1904.
