** An outstandingly rare WW2 Restricted military intelligence report, every distributed copy with its own unique security number, this being 'Copy No. 350'.
Very few examples of this classified and security-numbered report have survived and only a tiny handful are privately-owned.
An 'ordinary' version of this restricted CIOS intelligence report was subsequently authorised for issue. The later version was given the same title but had the HMSO name as publisher on the front cover and lacked the security classification and unique identifying security numbering.

Dr. Gold is, after 70 years, a very mysterious figure. I can find no information on him anywhere beyond that recorded in this report.
All that can be stated with certainty is that the U.S. military authorities in 1945 considered his wotk to be of sufficient potential or importance for him to be the subject of this comparatively large interrogatory report.
In brief, Dr. Gold worked with jet and rocket fuel mixtures and research on radioactivity. He claimed to have found a substance which mixed with air in a special proportion and used in a missile would instantly stop the engines of tanks or aircraft.
After the War, Gold wrote to the U.S. Forces in Vienna and British Intelligence in, frankly, absurdly philosophical terms, offering his services and outlining his potential usefulness and his thoughts for aerospace research.
Over the past 15 years I have seen and managed to obtain just three separately numbered examples of this report, two of which I am now offering for sale individually at varying prices depending on their overall condition.
