Very few examples of this classified and security-numbered report have survived. Because of the report's extreme rarity, few collectors know these documents exist; only a tiny handful actually owns one.

Several contributory comments by Dr. Werner Von Braun are included. Much of von Braun's recorded work was quickly suppressed by the U.S. This report was never reissued in a different form.
